Luxembourg’s Prime Minister and Eurogroup President Jean-Claude Juncker was re-elected president of the Centre International de Formation Européenne (CIFE), by CIFE’s General Assembly, on 30 November in Brussels. First elected in November 2005, Juncker will begin a third term at the head of this institute of excellence, which has offered various higher-education European studies programmes since 1954, the year of its founding. The CIFE is a private international organisation whose programmes encompass both educational and research activities concerning European integration (a master’s programme, summer university sessions, colloquia and publications). The CIFE operates from Nice, Berlin, Brussels and Istanbul. www.cife.eu
