This year’s festival will premier films in five countries: Belgium, France, Spain, Luxembourg and Italy. “As Robert Schuman said, before becoming a military alliance or an economic entity, Europe must be a cultural community in the highest sense of the term,” commented Commissioner Viviane Reding (justice, fundamental rights and citizenship).
