Thursday 26 November 2009
The European Investment Bank (EIB) is lending CZK2 billion (around €76 million) to the South Moravia Region (Czech Republic) to co-finance the region’s priority infrastructure projects supported by EU Structural and Cohesion Funds over the period 2007-2013. The EIB will co-finance mainly regional schemes for roads, education, health, social services, tourism and research and development. Some investments will help to boost energy efficiency in public buildings.
