The EU Council of Ministers adopted a decision, on 19 June, appointing seven members of the Management Board of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) to replace the members who will finish their term on 30 June. The seven members nominated are Valérie Baduel (France), Sue Davies (UK), Piergiuseppe Facelli (Italy), Jaana Husu-Kallio (Finland), Radu Roatis Chetan (Romania), Jiri Ruprich (Czech Republic) and Tadeusz Wijaszka (Poland).
