The European Commission granted clearance, on 12 March, to a proposed joint venture between WABCO Europe BVBA (Belgium), which belongs to the WABCO group (US), and RuC Holding GmbH, which belongs to Germany’s Würth group. The German-based venture, WABCO Würth Workshop Services GmbH, will supply multi-brand diagnostics systems for commercial vehicles for the aftermarket.
