The European Commission granted clearance, on 27 January, to the acquisition by DCC Energy Limited of sole control of Swea Energi Holding AB of Sweden. DCC Energy is mainly active in the sale, marketing and distribution of oil and liquefied petroleum gas in Great Britain, Ireland, Denmark and Austria. Swea Energi Holding is active in the Swedish market for fuel distribution as well as heating oil, diesel, gasoline, wood-pellets and lubricants.
