Emmanuel Forest/Bouygues

Emmanuel Forest has been named executive vice-president for institutional and European affairs of the French group Bouygues. He will be in charge of the group’s institutional relations, particularly with the EU institutions, and will be responsible for its delegation to the European Union in Brussels. Aged 54, Forest joined Bouygues in 1989. He was named executive vice-president in 1998, then deputy CEO and deputy chairman of Bouygues Telecom in 2007.
